By focusing on self-care and mental health, teachers will be better equipped to support their students and create a positive learning environment.
It is recommended that learners complete at least one of the courses on mental health, resilience, or wellbeing before taking this course. This will enable teachers to reflect on their own wellbeing journey and apply that understanding to their professional practice.
